I am an Aveda-trained hairdresser, and I've worked in NYC for 20 years, first as a hairdresser, then as an educator and salon development partner, then as a business owner. For 11 years Renée Smith Hair Design was a mobile hairdressing business in NYC, where I brought the salon to my clients in their homes. Then on Valentine's Day 2021 I married the love of my life and followed him here to Phoenix! 

Now I'm working as a Master Hairstylist at  The QC Salon and Spa in Queen Creek, AZ! We are an Aveda Lifestyle Salon and a full menu of hair care services as well as esthetics and nails!

I've got decades of experience working with all types of hair and I love the variety of having all types of clients. My clients are all genders, all races, all ages! I have experience in the religious Jewish community, including working with sheitels. I am trans-friendly and very happy to make anyone feel at home when they come into my space. I am comfortable working with children and adults with special needs, as well as those in fragile health.
